I have had the great privilege to work with Deepak since 2008. Somehow he made time to provide us with his uniquely balanced, expert and friendly guidance, reviews and interviews, whilst juggling so many commitments. Love for his family and respect for humanity shone through the challenges of NHS and university life and his infectious enthusiasm, innovation and compassion will always remain with those fortunate enough to have known him. Dearest Rashmi, Anushka and Arun, No words can express the sadness and sorrow we all feel for the loss of dear Deepak. We will always remember and miss greatly his beautiful and kind smile that lit up his face, his charming face and personality, his kind and gentle voice when he spoke.
